Hoya elliptica
The Hoya Eliptica was discovered in the 1800s and was named after its characteristic elliptic-shaped leaves. The leaves have a unique turtle shell-like veining pattern.
Native to Asia like most Hoyas, it's also en epiphyte so its a climber that doesn't grow well in peat-based compact potting soil.
The flowers are white as shown in the pictures for reference only, the actual plant that will ship to you will not have blooms. As the plant matures it produces clusters of beautiful pinkish-red flowers (this could take a year or several years depending on the environment).
