    Care Instructions:

    • Light:

      • Place in bright, indirect light; avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch leaves.
      • Rotate the plant if possible to ensure even growth.
    • Watering:

      • Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil feel dry; directoinally it will be weekly.
      • Be careful to not overwater to prevent root rot. Avoid overwatering, or watering before the soil has dried. 
      • Water approximately 1/2 quart (16 ounces) each time you water.
      • Adjust slightly based on how quickly the soil dries out and ensure it drains well without pooling water at the bottom.
    • Temperature:

      • Ideal environment is between 65°F and 80°F (18°C to 27°C).
      • Protect from drafts, heaters, and air conditioners.
    • Fertilizing:

      • Feed with a balanced, slow-release during the growing season (spring and summer).
      • Pruning:
        • Prune regularly to maintain its shape and encourage new growth.
        • Remove dead or yellowing leaves.
    • Repotting:

      • Repot every 2-3 years in spring using fresh soil to prevent root-bound issues.
    • General Tips:

      • Avoid overwatering, as this can cause root rot.
